Having been Head of School at Eastbourne College once upon a time, Toby graduated with a BA Hons degree in English Literature in 2003 and followed this up by gaining a Masters in Performance from the University of the Arts London. After this, he studied at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University in America. He has just completed his diploma to become a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Mentored by his Uncle and Founder of tlc for 6 years as a Sales Negotiator, he bought the business with Jamie Coronna in 2011 and therefore took the helm of the family firm.
Having held most of the record £/sq ft sales ever achieved in the area, his face is known throughout Kensington and Chelsea (Not surprising really, as he pays for the posters with his face on to be distributed!). Recently, that face has been seen regularly on the US television programme House Hunters International as the show’s presenter/broker shown across America daily.
Toby and his family have lived in and loved the borough of Kensington and Chelsea all his life and personally has an especial fondness for Earls Court which, over time, has developed into an intimate knowledge of it’s ever fascinating property market.

Originally from the wine lands region near Stellenbosch, South Africa where she completed her secondary school education, Jeanette then went on to gain a degree at University in Public Relations.
She moved to London and settled immediately in Earls Court in 1999 and has loved this area ever since.
Having worked at tlc since 2000, she has excelled in every area of the estate agent business from Lettings and Management and now Sales. During this time she has completed 2 ALRA diplomas. Having been at tlc for 12 years she is currently the longest standing member of staff and consequently the family.
