Office Hours:  09:00 – 18:00 Monday - Friday

Purpose of the position:

tlc Estate Agents, a leading estate agency based in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to join our dynamic lettings team as a New Business Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our lettings services. This position involves mining our extensive data to generate valuable lettings valuation leads, a key part of our strategy to expand our lettings portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Mining for Lead Generation: Utilise our existing database to identify potential lettings opportunities. Analyse data trends to produce high-quality valuation leads.
  • Warm Calling: Engage in warm calls with our existing clients. Your objective is to have engaging conversations to determine if properties are approaching availability for lettings.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients during calls, providing a friendly and professional service that reflects tlc’s values.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently pass on generated leads to the Lettings Manager, ensuring a seamless transition for further action.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain the database with accurate call outcomes and property information, ensuring data integrity and usefulness for future activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with an aptitude for data mining and lead generation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Holiday: Year 1: 23 days

  Year 2: 25 days

  Year 3: 26 days

  Year 4: 27 days

  Year 5 onwards: 28 days

  All usual bank and public holidays in addition.
