Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Lettings Department on a project-based internship focused on new business generation. The primary goal of this role is to support the Lettings Director and New Business team in generating new landlord instructions across Kensington and Chelsea, which convert into successful tenancies.

Key Responsibilities 

Market Research & Data Analysis

  • Analyse data and trends across Kensington and Chelsea to identify target opportunities.
  • Research competitors and develop insights to strengthen tlc’s market position.
  • Maintain and update prospect lists, ensuring data accuracy and usability.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Source and qualify potential landlord leads using Spectre, Homesearch, AI tools, and other platforms.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective landlords, introducing tlc and arranging follow-up valuations.
  • Build initial relationships by showcasing tlc’s expertise, values, and local knowledge.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Assist in creating and implementing targeted marketing strategies to attract landlords within Kensington and Chelsea.
  • Use Canva to design professional marketing materials.
  • Support email and digital campaigns through Createsend, tracking and reporting performance.
  • Apply AI-driven tools to enhance messaging and campaign outcomes.

Collaboration & Handover

  • Work closely with the Lettings Director and New Business Team to hand over qualified leads.
  • Log and track all activity and outcomes in Reapit (CRM) to ensure visibility and follow-up.
  • Participate in team meetings and share progress updates on lead generation.

Tools & Training

  • Interns will receive full training from the tlc team to effectively use:
  • AI tools for research, data analysis, and campaign support
  • Canva for marketing design and presentations
  • Spectre for targeted lead generation and outreach
  • Homesearch for property and landlord data analysis
  • Createsend for email marketing and campaign management
  • Reapit (CRM) for tracking leads, activity, and progress
