Market Virtuoso: Stay one step ahead by staying attuned to the local property market dynamics, competition, and emerging opportunities.
Market Appraisals: Conduct comprehensive market appraisals for potential clients, providing expert advice on property valuations, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Listing Prowess: Oversee the meticulous process of listing and promoting properties, ensuring captivating property descriptions, impeccable visuals, and engaging virtual tours.
Master Negotiator: Personally handle intricate negotiations and transactions, securing the best possible outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Reporting Savvy: Prepare regular, insightful reports on team performance, sales achievements, and market insights for our Directors’ consideration.
Guardian of Compliance: Uphold meticulous adherence to all AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, pertinent laws, industry standards, and ethical practices.
Conveyancing Oversight: Take charge of the entire conveyancing process for property transactions, ensuring smooth and timely progress. Liaise with solicitors and conveyancers to resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Canvassing and Client Acquisition: Actively engage in canvassing efforts to attract new property instructions. Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency's portfolio of properties for sale.
Mortgage Referrals: Collaborate with mortgage brokers and financial institutions to establish strong referral relationships. Drive efforts to increase revenue through mortgage referrals, ensuring clients receive tailored financing solutions.
FX Services Integration: Explore opportunities to offer foreign exchange services to clients, enhancing the agency's value proposition. Implement strategies to generate revenue from FX transactions related to property transactions.
Team Development: Continuously train and mentor Sales Consultants in the intricacies of conveyancing, market appraisals, mortgage referrals, and FX services, ensuring they are equipped to provide comprehensive client support.
Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conveyancing, market appraisals, canvassing, mortgage referrals, and FX services to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Vendor and Buyer Relations: Foster strong relationships with property sellers and buyers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, including conveyancing and financing aspects.


• A stellar track record as a Sales Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in the industry, marked by consistently surpassing sales targets.
• MNAEA Qualified
• Exceptional leadership and team management acumen.
• A deep-rooted understanding of the Kensington and Chelsea property landscape or similar prestigious location.
• Superlative communication and negotiation prowess.
• A tenacious results-oriented approach, always prioritising client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other cutting-edge real estate tools.
