What is your background?
I gained a degree from City University in Psychology and then worked office administration. I started working in property management in an estate agency 24 years ago and moved to Client Accounts in 2000.
What values drive you?
Kindness, honesty and respect.
What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
As I am new to the company, my objectives are to become fully conversant with the portfolio and clients; and to help in any way I can towards the company’s growth.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Spending time with my family and friends.
What is your favourite song?
Mr Tambourine Man – Bob Dylan.
What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
I am a proud Scot, despite my English accent.
If you could be any animal, what would you be?
A cat.
