\nWhat You'll Be Doing: As a Business Development intern, you will become part of the team and gain first hand exposure to the day to day activities involved in growing the business. No two weeks are ever the same, and interns are encouraged to get involved wherever they can add value. Your experience may include:
\n• Assisting with market research and identifying new business opportunities
\n• Supporting lead generation and maintaining prospect databases
\n• Assisting with marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
\n• Learning how client relationships are built and maintained
\n• Assisting with research, reporting and business improvement projects
\n• Supporting networking events, community engagement and local business initiatives
\n• Maintaining and updating internal systems and records
\n• Observing how our Sales, Lettings, Block Management, Marketing and Operations teams work together to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
\nWho We're Looking For: This opportunity is ideal for individuals considering a career in business development, sales or marketing who are looking to gain practical experience within a professional environment. We are seeking bright, organised and proactive individuals who are confident communicating with a wide range of people, curious, ambitious and eager to learn. Successful interns will be willing to take ownership of tasks, work independently when required and develop an understanding of how a successful business attracts new clients and builds lasting relationships. Previous property experience is not required. We are far more interested in attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. During your internship, you will develop a practical understanding of business development within the residential property industry while gaining exposure to lead generation, client relationship management, marketing initiatives, market research and the commercial strategies that support the continued growth of the business.

\nPractical Information
\nLocation: Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
\nHours: A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required. Interns can work more than this where mutually agreed, and working patterns can be discussed depending on university, study or other commitments.
\nDuration: A minimum commitment of six weeks is required to ensure sufficient exposure to the business and a meaningful learning experience.
\nExpenses: This is an unpaid internship. We reimburse reasonable daily expenses of up to £15 per day.
