I'm half Irish and half English,&nbsp; grew up in the Hertfordshire and studied in Ireland.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What values drive you?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honesty, Integrity and Willpower/Hard work</p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What are your objectives for&nbsp;tlc&nbsp;over the next 12 months?</strong></p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To to build relationships and hit our targets, striving to be better each day</p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?</strong></p>\n<p>I love to travel and surf when I'm back home.
