What is your background?</strong></p>\n<p>I have a background in finance, property and administration, with experience supporting fast-paced teams, managing projects and building strong client relationships. I really enjoy working with people and all&nbsp;my roles have also taught me to be organised, adaptable and always put people first.</p>\n<p><strong>2. What values drive you?</strong></p>\n<p>Integrity, kindness and continuous learning. I believe in doing the right thing, treating people with respect and always looking for ways to improve.</p>\n<p><strong>3. What are your objectives for TLC over the next 12 months?</strong></p>\n<p>To become a trusted member of the team, build strong relationships with my colleagues, learn as much as I can about block management and help make things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.</p>\n<p><strong>4. What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?</strong></p>\n<p>I enjoy reading, cycling with the kids, spending time with family and have been been working on improving my French. I also love spotting patterns and solving puzzles.</p>\n<p><strong>5. What is your favourite song?</strong></p>\n<p>Hallelujah&nbsp;by Pentatonix. I love how each singer has a distinct voice, yet together they create something even more beautiful. It reminds me that the best teams are made up of people with different strengths working towards the same goal.</p>\n<p><strong>6. What is one thing that might surprise people about you?</strong></p>\n<p>I genuinely love learning! Whether it&rsquo;s studying for a new qualification, learning a language or figuring out how something works, I&rsquo;m always excited to learn something new.</p>\n<p><strong>7. If you could be any animal, what would you be?</strong></p>\n<p>A dolphin. I&rsquo;ve always admired their intelligence, grace and the way they work together. They make something that takes strength look effortless.</p>\n<p><strong>8.
