Responsibilities
During your internship, you will be involved in various tasks that will give you a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in incoming and outgoing calls with Lettings applicants, providing them with exceptional customer service and assisting with their inquiries.
- Qualifying applicants and corresponding with them via email, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
- Assisting with data cleaning to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
- Participating in key cutting processes to facilitate property access for tenants.
- Conducting regular checks to ensure smoke alarms are in proper working order, prioritizing the safety of our clients.
- Verifying that cleaning is complete, ensuring our properties are presented in their best possible condition.
- Coordinating access for contractors and providing support as needed.
- Assisting photographers with property staging, helping to create captivating visuals that showcase our listings.
- Carrying out emergency viewings when negotiators are running behind schedule, ensuring our clients' needs are met promptly.
- Collaborating with our team on Lettings Campaigns over the summer, utilizing your creativity to contribute to our marketing efforts.
