At tlc Estate Agents, we approach block management with a high level of care, attention, and personal service. We are seeking a Senior Block Manager and Client Relationship Builder to join our dedicated team, serving Kensington and Chelsea and the surrounding areas.
This role is best suited to someone who is highly engaged, enjoys regular interaction with clients, and is actively involved in visiting and managing sites. We are looking for an individual who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems in person, and contributing to a team that delivers exceptional results. You will work closely with Elias and the team to ensure the department is well-structured, efficient, and consistently builds strong relationships with leaseholders and freeholders.
