What is your background?
After growing up in the Lake District my career began at a small property management firm in Doncaster where I learned and progressed within the industry over the last 9 years. I now work with a brilliant group of people in our capital learning new things and facing unique challenges every day!
What values drive you?
Positivity and kindness – I think everyone is happiest when employing these values. I also love a challenge so pushing myself each day remains at the forefront of everything I do.
What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
To continue to grow with our TLC Family! We have also recently started using a new property management system which requires a lot of background work, if we can continue to utilise this as best possible we will definitely continue to work together better!
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I spend as much of my free time out and about with family. When not with them I’m usually out running!
What is your favourite song?
At the minute, Olivia Dean – Nice to each other – My wife and kids like it on constantly and I’m happiest around them.
What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
I climbed the highest mountain in England (Scafell Pike) when I was 5! My parents had me out walking and hiking pretty much every weekend as a child.
If you could be any animal, what would you be?
Definitely a bird of some sort, I would love to be able to fly around freely and explore the city and countryside!
What are three things on your bucket list?
- To run the London Marathon
- To learn how to fly a plane
- To holiday more! Who isn’t happy when on holiday!?
