What is your background?
I come from a diverse background in customer service, hospitality, and entrepreneurship, with a growing interest in property management and real estate. Since moving to London, I’ve dedicated myself to learning new skills, including English, business, and property operations. I’m currently building my knowledge and experience in block management with the aim of becoming a valuable member of the team.
What values drive you?
Integrity, consistency, empathy, and ambition. I believe in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, and I’m always looking for ways to grow and add value to those around me.
What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
To deepen my understanding of block management by learning from my colleagues, gaining hands-on experience with building operations, and improving how I handle client communication and issue resolution. I want to become more independent in managing responsibilities and start taking on more complex tasks with confidence.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I enjoy playing music (guitar, bass, and drums), I also love exploring new areas around London, working on my business projects, and diving into books and articles about investment and marketing. But above all, nothing beats watching football games, that’s definitely my favorite way to unwind.

“Vivir Mi Vida” by Marc Anthony , it’s uplifting and reminds me to enjoy the journey.
What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
I’ve built a business from scratch and even ran a food truck! I’m passionate about entrepreneurship and love turning ideas into reality.

A Jaguar, is focused, strategic, and powerful in Maya Culture , it moves with quiet confidence, always observing and always ready. That's how i approach my goals and challenges
