1. What is your role at tlc?
I am a Block Manager and Client Relationship Builder
2. What is your background?
My background is in Construction Recruitment and Property Management. I’ve spent much of my career connecting great people with great projects and making sure properties are well cared for along the way. It’s given me a solid understanding of both the people side and the practical side of the industry.
3. What values drive you?
Integrity, curiosity, and a positive outlook. I believe in doing what’s right, keeping my word, and finding solutions, preferably with a smile along the way.
4. What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
Over the next year, I’m focused on growing my expertise, expanding my network, and taking on projects that challenge me in the best way. I want to keep building strong professional relationships and keep learning, because in this industry, there’s always something new to master (and usually a good story to go with it).
5. What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Outside of work, I (attempt to) make my own clothes on the sewing machine, with varying levels of success! When the stitching doesn’t quite go to plan, I usually swap the thread for running shoes and head out for a run to clear my head.
6. What is your favourite song?
My favourite song has to be Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd, that guitar solo is legendary and never fails to give me chills.
7. What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
I competed in Ballroom for 12 years and had the amazing experience of dancing in front of the legendary Len Goodman!
8. If you could be any animal, what would you be?
I’d be an eagle, not just for the impressive wingspan, but for the perspective it has. Soaring high gives you a clear view, freedom to explore, and the ability to swoop in when needed.
9. What are three things on your bucket list?
I’d love to go skydiving (despite my fear of heights), travel through Asia like my late dad always encouraged, and take the plunge off a yacht, just once in life!
