What is your background?
I worked for a large estate agents for 11 years, starting off in lettings working my up to become a team manager. Once the pandemic struck it made me realise that I wanted more of a work life balance so I moved to the property management department and have not looked back since.
What values drive you?
Helping people and being able to resolve their problems.
What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
To build a better relationship with our landlord and get some refurbishment projects under my belt.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Anything that involves spending time with my family and friends I enjoy.
