Accounts Payable & Receivable and Credit Controller

What is your role at TLC?

I joined TLC over two years ago and my current role is Accounts Payable & Receivable and Credit Control.

What do you enjoy about working at TLC?

You know that warm feeling when you come home and someone is waiting for you? That’s exactly how it feels here. I love coming to the office at eight in the morning, when it’s still quiet and filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

From my very first day, I felt welcomed and valued – this place truly feels like a second family. And I absolutely love that we have dogs in the office!

What values drive you?

Achieving small goals every day on the way to fulfilling my bigger dreams.

What is your background?

I moved to London from Kyiv because of the war in Ukraine. Settling in London and building a completely new life in a non-native language was challenging, but I am very proud of how far I have come.

I have a Master’s degree in Law; Master’s degree in Quality, Standardisation and Certification; Bachelor degree in Trade (Merchandise Knowledge and Business Activity).

What are your objectives for TLC over the next 12 months?

I see how hard everyone works to grow the company, and I’m committed to doing my part to contribute to that progress. I appreciate being part of such a dedicated team and playing a role in moving TLC forward.

TLC has provided me with invaluable experience and supports me in exploring every direction I dream of taking.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I’m absolutely obsessed with sport and dancing. Staying physically active each day helps me stay energised and organised, which fuels my other passions like travelling, reading, and baking.

I’m also part of a dance group, and we love performing and sharing our passion on stage.

What is your favourite song?

Since I’m into dancing, I love rhythmic music — particularly bachata and Latin genres. But depending on the mood, I also enjoy listening to classical music.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

I’m absolutely terrible at swearing! I just can’t pull it off – any tense moment usually ends in laughter instead.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

I’d love to be best friends with my beloved Maine Coon cat, who acts more like a dog in many ways. Together, we’d enjoy playfully teasing the dogs in the office.

What are three things on your bucket list?
