1. What is your background?
I have a background in finance, property and administration, with experience supporting fast-paced teams, managing projects and building strong client relationships. I really enjoy working with people and all my roles have also taught me to be organised, adaptable and always put people first.
2. What values drive you?
Integrity, kindness and continuous learning. I believe in doing the right thing, treating people with respect and always looking for ways to improve.
3. What are your objectives for TLC over the next 12 months?
To become a trusted member of the team, build strong relationships with my colleagues, learn as much as I can about block management and help make things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
4. What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I enjoy reading, cycling with the kids, spending time with family and have been been working on improving my French. I also love spotting patterns and solving puzzles.
5. What is your favourite song?
Hallelujah by Pentatonix. I love how each singer has a distinct voice, yet together they create something even more beautiful. It reminds me that the best teams are made up of people with different strengths working towards the same goal.
6. What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
I genuinely love learning! Whether it’s studying for a new qualification, learning a language or figuring out how something works, I’m always excited to learn something new.
7. If you could be any animal, what would you be?
A dolphin. I’ve always admired their intelligence, grace and the way they work together. They make something that takes strength look effortless.
8. What are three things on your bucket list?
- Become fluent in French.
- Learn British Sign Language.
- Visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
