What is your background?

I was born and raised in Romania and I moved to London 6 years ago. After specialising in finance at university, I became interested in the property industry which is an area I wanted to explore further. Being passionate about accounting, I went into Client Accounting and fast forward few years, here I am.

What values drive you?

I take a glass half-full kind of approach and I tend to be the one that brings up the team’s spirit through this. I think it’s important to stay humble and be reliable with a drop of enthusiasm in everything you do.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?

My main objective is to fully implement our new software in the block management department, refine our processes, and ensure it is used efficiently so we can continue to deliver excellent customer service while improving overall operational efficiency.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I love to cook and bake; my signature dish is sea food pasta and pistachio with olive oil cake. I like dancing and travelling to new places as well, absolutely love a good view!

What is your favourite song?

You’ve got to love a bit of Abba – Dancing Queen.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

I took kickbox lessons when I was 12

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

I’d be either a lion or a panda. It’s either a fierce attitude or being lazy eating bamboo all day, there’s no in between.
