Operational Lettings Assistant
What is your background?
I was born in a small town called Jonava in Lithuania, living there until 5 years old. My family decided to move to London, so I grew up in the rambunctious streets of London. Now both countries are my home- I know both worlds like the back of my hand, and visit Jonava multiple times a year!
What values drive you?
Determination, hard work, and perseverance have been engrained in me since a young age, giving me a passionate drive in everything I do. I love to help others, trying to be as altruistic and compassionate as I can to the world around me.
What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
Over the next 12 months, I’d love to really integrate within the team and the tight knit community built by my colleagues. As someone who is new to real estate, I’d love to build a solid foundation and understanding of the profession, learning the framework of the industry.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Reading ! I don’t go anywhere without a book!

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
I’m a performer- my biggest passion is singing! I have had the pleasure of performing in the Excel Arena with a choir a few times, alongside performing in Frogmore House for royalty!
If you could be any animal, what would you be?
Upon careful consideration I’d most likely a cat- I value rest and curling up on the sofa is one of my favourite past times.
What are three things on your bucket list?
- Get a doctorate in English Literature
- Learn two more languages fluently
- Visit Brazil
