RBKC Additional HMO Licensing

From 1^st June 2023, Kensington and Chelsea introduced an Additional HMO licensing scheme to help improve standards in shared properties. Additional HMO licensing covers all other HMOs that do not fall within the Mandatory licensing scheme which are occupied by three or more people living as two or more separate households who share facilities.
