Mark the arrival of the summer solstice with an evening of mindful movement, sound, and reflection at Chelsea Physic Garden.
Led by yoga and sound meditation teacher Selina of Live Karma Yoga, this restorative workshop begins with a gentle forest bathing walk through the Garden, offering an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and settle into the present moment. Participants will then move indoors for a series of accessible flow movements designed to warm the body and prepare for a deeply relaxing sound bath experience.
Using a combination of ancient and organic instruments, including singing bowls, drums, and voice, Selina will guide guests through an immersive sound meditation. As the body relaxes and the mind quietens, the resonant vibrations encourage a sense of calm, creativity, and connection, creating space to welcome the new season with intention.
Set within the unique surroundings of Chelsea Physic Garden, this special solstice event offers a chance to pause, restore, and experience one of London's most remarkable green spaces in a different way.
