Important Information for tlc Tenants

Rent Payment Bank Details Update

From 1st May 2026, the bank account used for rent payments will change.

From this date onwards, all rent payments must be made to the new tlc Lettings bank account.

What You Need To Do

Please ensure your Direct Debit or standing order is updated on or after 1st May 2026.

Important:

Do not update your payment details before 1st May 2026

Any rent due before 1st May 2026 must continue to be paid to the existing bank account

The new bank details only apply to rent payments due from 1st May 2026 onwards

This is an internal administrative update to the banking arrangements for tlc. There is no change to your tenancy agreement or rent amount. 

Security and Verification

Changes to bank details can sometimes raise security concerns.

For your reassurance:

tlc will never ask you to change bank details urgently

tlc will never ask for sensitive information by email
